Volunteering is the closest seat to the action. You meet founders, speakers and builders from across the region while helping the Expo run well.

Roles available
Registration and check-in, wayfinding and floor guides, stage and AV support, speaker liaison, exhibitor and vendor set-up, and Career Zone hosts.
Time commitment
Shifts run about four to six hours. You can volunteer for one day or both, and we work around your availability where we can.
Who should apply
Students, early-career technologists, community organisers and anyone who enjoys helping people and keeping things organised. No technical background required.
What volunteers get
A volunteer pass for the days you work, meals on shift, an Expo T-shirt, a briefing session, and a reference letter on request.
